Fuddibook is a directory and coordination platform. We list verified independent call girls and connect them with adult clients seeking legitimate escort service, dinner dates and event accompaniment. No illegal activity is arranged or endorsed, and all bookings are between consenting adults.

3. Bookings and Payment

• All bookings are cash-on-arrival - no advance payment is required or accepted.
• Rates shared at the time of booking are final; no hidden charges will be added.
• Cancellations before arrival are free. Cancellations after arrival may incur a travel charge.

4. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to treat every call girl with respect and dignity. Any client found engaging in harassment, aggression, discrimination or unlawful behaviour will be permanently blocked from future bookings and, if warranted, reported to the authorities.

5. Privacy and Discretion

Both parties agree to maintain mutual discretion. No photography, audio recording or video recording is permitted during the engagement without explicit written consent from both parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on fuddibook.com - text, images, graphics, logos and directory data - is owned by Fuddibook. Reproduction, scraping or commercial reuse without written permission is prohibited and will be enforced through the DMCA process.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fuddibook acts as a coordination platform between independent adults. The platform is not liable for any personal disagreements, lost property, missed appointments or indirect damages arising from a booking. Each booking is a private contract between the two adults involved.

8. Prohibited Use

• Any activity involving minors (both as clients and on the other side).
• Trafficking, coercion, or non-consensual arrangements of any kind.
• Use of the platform to solicit illegal services.
• Automated scraping, reverse engineering or interfering with the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to deny or terminate service to any user at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if these terms are violated.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, Delhi.
