Fuddibook respects every visitor's right to privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and how long it is kept. The short version: we retain the absolute minimum needed to fulfil a booking and nothing more.
1. Information We Collect
- Contact Data: phone or WhatsApp number you share at booking so we can coordinate arrival.
- Location Data: the hotel name or area you specify for the booking - not GPS co-ordinates.
- Browser Data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) retained up to 30 days for abuse prevention.
2. What We Do Not Collect
- No payment or banking information - every booking is cash-on-arrival.
- No government ID, Aadhaar or KYC documents from clients.
- No persistent cookies for tracking or retargeting.
3. How Your Data Is Used
Contact details are used only to coordinate the booking, confirm arrival and share post-booking support if needed. Browser logs are used only to detect automated abuse. Data is never sold, leased or shared with advertising networks.
4. Data Retention
Contact data is deleted within 72 hours of the booking concluding. Server logs roll over every 30 days. No long-term booking archive is maintained on our servers.
5. Third Parties
We do not share data with advertising platforms, analytics providers or marketing tools. The only exception is lawful disclosure required by a court order or law enforcement agency.
6. Your Rights
You can request deletion of any data we hold about you at any time via our contact page. Requests are processed within 48 hours.
7. Changes to This Policy
Material changes to this policy will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance.
